Speech

Hello welcome back to my blog now last week we had to present our speeches! I did a really good job on presenting my speech. My speech was on Easter island and I worked very hard on my speech. The three things that I did very well were a good clear voice,practicing it in the mirror ten times a day and looking on the Internet about three times a week just to look up when Easter was discovered until I finally found the awnser it was 1777 and it is also located in the south pacific between Chile and Tahiti so thats a long way away.But I learnt that Easter island got its name form the discovery in 1777.I could improve on writing a little bit more and more eye contact and research my information properly here is a video about my speech hope you enjoy.

 

Learning plurals

Bonjor as some of you know in room12 we have been learning about plurals.If you don't know what a plural is then here are some examples

• church & churches
• Brush & brushes
• sketch & sketches

Those are the three easiest plurals well in my book.Plurals are words that end with es or s.But here are some really hard ones.

• block
• myself
• rock

I was not going to write the awnsers because then some people might cheat.Thats all for today bye bye see you next time.

Roman Numerals

Hi there guess what for the past few weeks me and my partner Justice we have been working on a poster on Roman Numerals and today we got to present it first now here are some Roman Numeral

swimming sports

Last Thursday it was Senior swimming sports and i did not go because i was at my uncles but let me tell you what I know .I was in the ngata team now let me tell you the other teams

those were the teams that were swimming and everyone had to wear there colors so then they know w group they are in.Then everyone had to find each other so then they could go to their team so everyone got into their togs and got in to their teams and went swimming. After everone went then we had to leave.

The spotlight on the arts show

On Wednesday the 2nd we are having a show. I will be singing some choir songs. I hope there will not be too many people or I will be really nervous.plus if I get nervous then I will start to sweat a lot. I just hope that I will not sweat.There will be all sort of things like jump jam and ukelele and guitar and more things there and there might be a raffle there.

Wheels day

Today we had a terrific morning why Wheels day !!!!!!! i love wheels day  it is so so so so much fun.I got to play on the bikes and scooters Dylan brought a big go-kart and so did Toby but not big i was very careful because of my foot
