Cross country training

Yesterday the whole entire class went for cross country on the field.  We had to run around the field but not normally. We had to run around sometimes like a butterfly.If you went on to the left you could walk or you could jog.If you went right you needed to do non stop running and sprinting the whole way until you got to Mrs.Willamson.I only did two laps of running because I was too puffed out and next time Mrs Rodgers is going to help us with our cross country training for extra training.My goal is to do more laps and go much faster.
